This is officially the start of the "slim and sassy" program, and I started it by freezing a peeled banana and throwing it in the shake.
I poured a cup (8ounce) 2% milk in my mixer, added one scoop of the slim'n'sassy and the frozen banana, I even added one huge ice cube, which I don't think was even necessary.
This shake is SO thick, it's amazing!
I also had 3drops of wild orange in some hot water.
I took some pictures, wrote down my weight and measurements, and will update on this at least once a week. I hope I can make myself just weigh in every week. Sometimes, I weigh myself like every day, that's not good! Or every other day, well, once a week, every Tuesday, I will measure everything and see if I have lost weight or inches.
