For breakfast, I poured a cup of 2% milk, with a scoop of the vanilla scoop trim shake, and I threw a couple frozen strawberry slices in. I gotta admit it wasn't as yummy as the banana shake, but still very yummy! I also put 2 ice cubes in it, which I'm still not sure if it does anything.
This morning was a gym morning for me, but I was so tired, I overslept. It made me mad this morning that I didn't get to go to the gym, I'm hoping I can go Friday.
For lunch I had a taco at work, but instead of getting another taco and another, I had lots of salad and pineapple, and then I had more salad. :)
Before dinner, I went to the store to grab some things, I ran out of milk this morning so I got some fat free skim milk. It only has 90 calories per 1 cup, so I'm gonna try it out in the morning, I actually hope I like it! I also bought some turkey breast, tuna, and original miracle whip. Funny thing about the miracle whip, I was gonna buy real light mayo, but then I looked at the calories, which are 90 per 1 tbsp, and the original miracle whip only has 40, I honestly couldn't believe it.
Long story short, for dinner I had 2 sandwiches, 1 tuna, and 1 turkey breast with some miracle whip :) , of course with whole grain toast. I also drank lots of water with the slim and sassy blend, of course.
