Slim'n'sassy Day 1

So today was day 1 of the slim and sassy program, I had a cup of 2% milk, with a scoop of the trim shake, and a frozen banana for breakfast. I said it in my priviouse post already, it was amazing!

Then for lunch I had mostly peas, with a side of oranges, and a tiny bit a Mac and cheese. I get lunch free at my work, so I try to eat it there, but I try to cut down on everything bad and eat mostly the vegetable and fruit, or the salad.

For dinner I had 2 sandwiches, which is 4 slices of whole grain toast and some turkey breast slices. It was yummy, I also had some pretzels and chocolate covered strawberries throughout the day. I do have to admit that, since it is the truth.
