Day 6, and Tuesday is weigh in day, and I got running in the gym tomorrow again, YEAHY me! So anyways, for breakfast I had a banana shake with a couple of grapefruit drops, it was awesome!! For breakfast I made some German dumplings with lots of mixed veggies and some sauce. I'm not sure if that is very healthy and low on calories but it sure is yummy! I have the same for dinner, hmm German dumplings, I love German dumplings! The sauce is low on calories and veggies, well, are veggies, so as long as I don't eat too many dumplings I guess I'm fine. ;)
